Ahmed Omer the Mayor of Tower Hamlets stops by to congratulate AD on a job well done.
Joanne Goodgame and Bob Goodgame were honoured with a surprise visit by Ahmed Omer the Mayor of Tower Hamlets on Wednesday 9th July, while undertaking cyclical decorations works which form part of the Southern Housing Group Partnering Contract.
The Mayor who had been watching with great interest their progress on the Hadrian Estate in Bethnal Green, felt compelled to stop by and say hello and congratulate them on their hard work.
He expressed his thanks for their professionalism and commented on the high standard of the works they had undertaken.
The Mayor posed for some photographs with the operatives who have worked for AD for a number of years now and wished them well .
Mayor Cllr Ahmed Omer came to office in May 2009. Cllr Omer is the 45th Mayor of the London borough.
