Currently, we are seeking a Bid Writer to join our dynamic Marketing & New Business team.

The Role

To create both written and visual for the purposes of securing workloads. Manage all elements of bid and proposal writing to a winning standard.

Main Duties

· Successfully work on multiple selection questionnaires and tender submissions through the various stages of the procurement process

· Read and review all associated client documentation with the bid

· Research and write information to support bids

· Assist with the development and maintenance of library of responses

· Review bid submissions for quality and accuracy

Essential Qualification & Skills

· A-level or equivalent in English successfully achieving high grades

· Bid writing and tender experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· High levels of attention to detail

Desirable Skills

· Experience working with a main contractor

· Experience of Social Housing and Local Authority clients

Additional Information

· Salary range: £40,000 per annum.

· Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 5:00, with a one-hour break for lunch. This is an office based role only. 

· Annual leave entitlement of 21 days, in addition to bank holidays.

· Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

· Initial six-month probationary period.
