Training and Apprenticeships
AD has operated an award winning apprenticeship and entry level traineeship scheme since the 1980’s in order to secure new talent to meet the future needs of our business and to invest in a workforce where there is a well reported industry shortage of skills.
AD offers nationally recognised apprenticeships in both trades and business related roles and supports entry level quantity surveying staff with fully funded HNC degrees and fully supported day release schemes with local educational providers.
AD offer fully supported training and UK recognised qualifications. Our staff benefit from a range of available options such as AAT, CIPD, HNC, and NVQ attainment (Levels 1 – 6) in numerous role specific disciplines.
All AD site staff are required to achieve the correct level of Construction Skills Certification Scheme - CSCS card for the role they undertake and AD support our staff in achieving the relevant level of NVQ in order to attain this important industry certification.
