Working as a close-knit team the organisation has successfully proven time and time again its ability to be a serious competitor in the construction industry.
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join one of our bust project-teams working in and around Adur & Worthing/Chichester.
Main Duties
- Preparing correspondence to cover issues such as access, delay in works, changing/adding works and resolving issues
- Dealing with residents’ complaints and issues, either via email, phone, or visits to their home
- Collecting KPIs upon work completion, and logging the results
- Arranging appointments for workers and subcontractors where necessary
- Building good relationships with the residents
Essential Skills/Knowledge
- Driving license is essential
- Strong face-to-face customer service experience
- Good communicator, both oral and written
- Flexible to accommodate the needs of the residents
- Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
- Basic IT knowledge
Package
- Salary - £24,000 to £30,000
- Hours – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch)
- 21 days of holiday + bank holidays and Christmas closure
- Birthday day off

- DBS check will be carried out on your behalf at the companies expense
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Six Month Probationary Period
