Chris, you are such a perfectionist and Morgan, I lost count how many times you climbed the stairs! What a great team you are. It was a pleasure to have you in our home. (We're due to have further windows replaced in the, hopefully, near future - please, please send us these two guys again!)
Phil, the foreman of AD and Tracey the Resident Liaison Officer for my window replacement were both wonderful, exceptionally kind, helpful, and sensitive. They managed to completely minimise the disruption of the installation process. They made every effort to ensure that the process was as smooth and stress free as possible. It was a good experience and I am so happy with the new windows. The two young men who installed the windows were just exceptional also. Their manner was completely professional. They did a great job. Phil also visited the site beforehand throughout day. He was incredibly kind and helpful. Tracey did a stellar job of staying in communication with both myself, Phil, and the team. She kept the show on the road and was very calm, kind, professional, and exceptionally helpful throughout. She is a star. Phil is a star and so are the two young men who replaced my windows. They all deserve an award and special recognition from both Orbit and AD. Rather than score them out of 5, I would give them a 10 out of 10 for outstanding work. Thank you also to Orbit. The team at AD Construction Group were extremely professional and friendly. They put me at ease when completing an intrusive survey; their work was of an extremely high standard and they made sure that I was happy with everything before they left. "I am writing to you to regarding your employee Terry and the work he carried out for Southern Housing (SH) at York Road. Terry carried out all work in a professional and polite manner to a very high standard and respecting my neighbours and my outside spaces and garden area, carefully moving potted plants and belongings out of the way and putting them back with due care. All my neighbours have commented on what a fantastic workman he is and believe me we have had quite a lot of experience over the years of shoddy repair work. No job was too big or small and he happily carried out all repairs on and off the work list and with me he definitely went the extra mile and beyond what was required from him and capped my chimney roof. I have been asking for a cap for my chimney to prevent birds from falling down and suffering an awful sometimes slow death since 2005. I mentioned the long drawn out saga of the job to Terry and he promised me that he would get on the case and do it for me. Terry informed the foreman that he was going to do the job and promptly got the job done; I was blown away by this man's kindness and practical nature; he went above and beyond his call of duty and just got on with it and was happy to do so. It is my pleasure to write this email to you about one of your employees; Terry is an exceptional worker and an asset to your firm and we the residents of York Road have only praise for that man.
