AD has partnered with a number of our clients to deliver ‘Decent Homes’ works throughout London and the South East since the introduction of the Decent Homes initiative in 2004. Predominantly these contracts were heating and electrical upgrades and new kitchens and bathrooms.
Our clients included Royal Borough of Greenwich, Raglan Housing, Riverside, Hyde Housing, MODern Housing Solutions, Affinity Sutton, Sutton Housing, Fusion 21, Phoenix, Tower Hamlets Community Housing and Peabody.
AD undertakes a full scope of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, not only as part of decent homes style planned programmes of work in individual homes, but also for VOID property programmes, building conversions, offices, sheltered accommodation, communal facilities, public buildings, educational facilities, hospitals and many more. AD also install and refurbish industrial kitchens and catering facilities.
