Executive Team

Steve joined the family business in 1997 following a career in finance. In 2001 Steve became the Development Director and secured AD’s first public sector partnering agreement. In 2007 Steve became MD taking over responsibility from his father N.G.Doyle. Steve has been responsible for strategic managed growth and investment in AD, progressing the company from its £8.5m turnover at the time of his appointment to MD - to AD’s current strong market place position.

Aaron joined AD in 1997 as a Trainee Surveyor. In 2004 Aaron was promoted to Contracts Director. Aaron is responsible for delivery of an operational portfolio of works valued at £28m+. Aaron’s experience at both contractual level and at board level means he understands the needs of our clients and the requirement to drive value and efficiency throughout the delivery of all contracts. Aaron oversees all tenders before submission, to seek additional value and to ensure they are commercially viable for our clients. Aaron regularly heads value engineering meetings ensuring our commercial viability and competitive placement in the market place.

Richard Gordon CMIOSH MIFSM MoAFA DIP2 .OSH RMaPS has worked with AD since 2005. Richard has an established reputation for providing professional and practical advice to businesses on occupational risk management. Richard has numerous prestigious industry accreditations and is a member of the following institutions: Chartered Member of IOSH – Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH) Member of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (MIFSM) Member of the Association of First Aiders (MoAFA) Registered Member of the Association for Project Safety (RMaPS).
