AD Awarded a Place on LCP Major Works Framework

AD is pleased to announce we have secured a place on Lot 1 of the London Construction Programme (LCP) Major Works Framework.

AD is proud to announce that it has been successful in securing a place on the LCP Major Works Framework - Lot 1 - Housing and Residential (Lot 1.1A Central £1m - £5m and Lot 1.1D South £1m - £5m)

 

Lot 1 Housing and Residential covers the building of new homes and works to existing residential buildings. The works and related services will comprise of all types of building construction works and associated mechanical, electrical works and services and may include design and other services as required for a regeneration programme, develop and construct/refurbishment/turnkey or design and build works and projects that can be categorised as housing and residential. Non-public body organisations can use the framework to comply with conditions associated with the use of public funds for works projects.

 

Haringey Council are the governing body for the LCP, but the framework itself is open to all public sector organisations in London and the Home Counties and can cover work values from £1m to £20m plus.

 

AD have successfully delivered a number of projects via the predecessor Major Works 2014 framework, which ran from 2015 -19 and contained 23 contractors.

 

AD will continue to work collaboratively with all LCP members, providing value for the projects awarded and the framework as a whole. 

 

We look forward to the opportunity to continue our relationship with the LCP and will be honoured to continue to deliver residential improvements within the local community.
