Cyclical Decorating Overview

AD undertake cyclical maintenance and repairs contracts for our clients. Cyclical works are undertaken in cycles of usually 4-6 years in order to maintain the general appearance and condition of buildings and property.

Works can include:

  • External redecoration of buildings, houses or blocks of flats (brickwork repairs, painting, wash downs etc.)
  • Internal decoration of communal areas e.g. stairwells and entrance halls
  • General repairs to boundary fences and paths
  • Checking, repairing and replacing guttering and downpipes

AD has delivered cyclical contracts for most of our clients over the years, our longest partnership for cyclical works is with Southern Housing Group.

Recently we have provided cyclical works for Agudas Israel Housing Association, Gateway, PA Housing, Network Homes, Dimensions, Orbit, Phoenix, Places for People, Thames Valley Housing and Origin. In the past we have partnered with Metropolitan Housing and Saxon Weald.
