Working as a close-knit team the organisation has successfully proven time and time again its ability to be a serious competitor in the construction industry.

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join one of our bust project-teams workin in and around London.

Main Duties

  • Preparing correspondence to cover issues such as access, delay in works, changing/adding works and resolving issues
  • Dealing with residents’ complaints and issues, either via email, phone, or visits to their home
  • Collecting KPIs upon work completion, and logging the results
  • Arranging appointments for workers and subcontractors where necessary
  • Building good relationships with the residents

Essential Skills/Knowledge

  • Driving license is essential
  • Strong face-to-face customer service experience
  • Good communicator, both oral and written
  • Flexible to accommodate the needs of the residents
  • Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
  • Basic IT knowledge

Package

  • Salary - £24,000 to £30,000
  • Hours – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch)
  • 21 days of holiday + bank holidays and Christmas closure

  • DBS check will be carried out on your behalf at the companies expense
