We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join one of our bust project-teams working in Islington.

The Role

The Customer Support Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in facilitating effective communication with residents of diverse backgrounds during construction projects.

As the job demands proactive engagement with numerous properties, candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable with extensive driving throughout the day.

Main Duties

  • Preparing correspondence to cover issues such as access, delay in works, changing/adding works and resolving issues
  • Dealing with residents’ complaints and issues, either via email, phone, or visits to their home
  • Collecting KPIs upon work completion, and logging the results
  • Arranging appointments for workers and subcontractors where necessary
  • Building good relationships with the residents

Essential Skills/Knowledge

  • Driving license is essential
  • Strong face-to-face customer service experience
  • Good communicator, both oral and written
  • Flexible to accommodate the needs of the residents
  • Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
  • Basic IT knowledge

Package

  • Salary: £24,000 to £30,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1 hour for lunch)
  • Holidays: 21 days annual leave + bank holidays and Christmas closure
  • Birthday day off
  • Company car (tracked) and fuel card for business use.
  • Company branded uniform, PPE, Work Phone, iPad.

Additional Information

  • DBS check will be carried out on your behalf at the companies expense
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Six Month Probationary Period
  • As part of the interview process you will be required to complete an aptitude test
