We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to join one of our busy, close-knit, teams working in and around Sussex/Hampshire.
The Role
The Role of a CSR is to effectively communicate with residents, from a variety of backgrounds, while works are being carried out.
Due to the nature of your role, your time will be split between being on site and being at the office, either head office or a site office.
The job involves being proactive in attending a large number of properties, therefore candidates must be able to drive, and be happy potentially driving for large amounts of the day.
Main Duties
- Preparing correspondence to cover issues such as access, delay in works, change/adding works and resolving issues,
- Dealing with residents’ issues and complaints, either via email, phone, or visits to their home,
- Attending coffee mornings with a Foreperson to discuss planned works,
- Collecting KPI’s in the form of booklets upon works completion, and logging the results on an excel spreadsheet,
- Arranging appointments for painters and subcontractors, where necessary,
- Building good relationships with the residents
Person Specification
- Strong face-to-face customer service experience – CSR experience is not essential
- Good communicator, both oral and written
- Able to adapt to a variety of different people
- Flexible to accommodate the needs of the residents
- Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
- Basic IT knowledge
Additional Information
- A DBS check will be carried out on your behalf at the companies expense
- Salary: £24,000 - £30,000
- Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm (1 hour for lunch)
