Currently, we are seeking a dedicated Foreperson to join our dynamic team operating in Camden. 

The Role 

The main objective of this role is to accurately plan and oversee daily operations at site level, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and full compliance with Health and Safety legislation. 

Given the diverse range of sites involved, possessing a valid full manual driving license is essential, as driving constitutes an important aspect of the position. 

Essential qualification & skills  

  • Expertise in refurbishment including roofing, window and door replacements, M&E and retrofit.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising a team of trade personnel across various sites. 
  • Exceptional communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, the general public, and subcontractors. 
  • Strong ability for promoting positive working relationships. 
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. 
  • Possession of a valid CSCS Card. 
  • Valid Manual driving licence.  

Desirable skills 

  • Previous experience working in the public housing sector 
  • Basic IT knowledge 
  • Scaffold inspection – training can be provided 
  • First Aid – training can be provided 
  • IPAF 
  • PASMA 
  • SSSTS/SMSTS  

Additional Information 

  • A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be conducted at the company's expense. 
  • Salary range: £43,000 to £50,000 per annum. 
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour break for lunch. 
  • Annual leave entitlement of 21 days, in addition to bank holidays. 
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK. 
  • Tracked company vehicle & fuel card will be provided for business use. 
  • Initial nine month probationary period.
