Role Description:

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic multi trade operative able to deliver first-class repair services across a variety of properties in the North & East London area. We can offer you regular work, an attractive and steady salary and standard working hours.

Travelling will play a major part in the role as the job will involve covering many different sites in London, therefore driving is a must.

Trade skills desired, but not limited to:

- Brickwork

- Pointing

- Rendering

- Fencing

- Groundwork

- Painting and Decorating

- Plastering

- Roofing

- Experience in window care/repair

- Replacement of rainwater goods/overclad

Essential skills:

- Carpentry background

- Driving License

- The ability to work under their own initiative, and to the specification of works/contract instructions

- The ability to record all repairs effectively

- Good communication skills

Multi Trade Operative Salary and Package:

- Salary - £37,000 per annum

- Company Van (tracked) and a fuel card for business use

- Company branded uniform and relevant PPE

- Mobile phone for business use

Additional Information:

- A DBS check will be done on your behalf at the companies expense

- Eligible to work in the UK

- Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm (1hour for lunch)

- Initial 9-month probationary period
