Currently, we are seeking a dedicated Senior SHEQ Advisor to join our dynamic Health and Safety team.
The Role
To work alongside the SHEQ Director in developing and implementing company strategies and objectives that ensures the ongoing health and safety and wellbeing of the company and staff. Assisting the SHEQ Director in managing, planning, and allocating resources that ensure effective companywide management of health and safety, quality control, environmental, and fire risk management policies.
Work alongside the FRA Manager to ensure the efficient running and implementation of our fire risk management processes and procedures in line with the requirements of the Building Safety Act and other Fire safety related legislation. To assist in the ongoing maintenance of our third party certified awards and to liaise with external agencies used by the organisation.

Additional Information
· An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be conducted at the company's expense.
· Salary range: £55,000 per annum.
· Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour break for lunch.
· Annual leave entitlement of 21 days, in addition to bank holidays.
· Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
· Tracked company vehicle & fuel card will be provided for business use.
· Initial nine month probationary period.
