AD Construction Group Ltd is one of the leading privately-owned, public-sector specialist providers of property refurbishment services, with a geographical coverage across London, Southeast and the Home Counties.
Works are delivered under three streams - planned maintenance, fire safety and energy efficient homes. AD provides services to clients (and their residents) via bespoke contracts, long-term partnering agreements, DPS and frameworks.
AD work predominantly as a Public Sector Partner, undertaking a range of building works for both residential property and public buildings.

AD remains a privately owned company, during the past 80 years we have grown year on year and now turnover in excess of £48m pa. The majority of AD’s turnover is generated from public sector works, with a special emphasis on social housing.
